Made-to-measure Wrought Iron railings in Hampshire and surrounding counties
Made-To-Measure Railings
Whether you're looking to enhance the security of your property, create an attractive boundary or add railings to an existing wall, our made-to-measure steel railings are built to last.
Manufactured in our Fareham workshop, every railing is made to suit your property before being hot-dip galvanised, powder coated and professionally installed by our experienced team.
Available as wall top railings or freestanding boundary railings, we manufacture each section to your exact requirements.
Wall Top Railings
Wall top railings are designed to sit securely on top of existing brick or block walls, adding security while maintaining an open, attractive appearance.
Before manufacture begins, the site is assessed to understand:
Every railing is made to measure to complement your property, with a choice of decorative railheads available. We manufacture all of our wall top railings using 16mm solid steel infill bars and a substantial 40mm x 8mm steel frame, creating a strong, durable product that's built to last. Every railing is then hot-dip galvanised, powder coated and installed by our own experienced team as standard.
Typical projects range from £1,200 to £3,500 including installation.
Guide Prices from £400 including VAT per metre - excludes fitting
Boundary Railings
Where no wall exists, freestanding boundary railings provide a practical and attractive way to define the edge of your property.
Installed using steel posts concreted into the ground, they are ideal for front gardens, driveways, pathways and larger boundaries. We manufacture all of our railings using 16mm solid steel infill bars and a substantial 40mm x 8mm steel frame, creating a strong, durable product that's built to last. Every railing is then hot-dip galvanised, powder coated and installed by our own experienced team as standard.
Typical projects range from £3,000 to £6,000 including installation.

Our standard railing designs cover the majority of projects we undertake and offer the best value for most customers.
However, if you're looking for something more individual, we also regularly design and manufacture bespoke railings tailored to your exact requirements.
Whether you'd like to match existing ironwork, recreate a traditional design or create something completely unique, we'll be happy to discuss your ideas.
As bespoke railings are individually designed and manufactured, they are typically priced above our standard range.
What Happens Next

A Controlled, Consistent Process
Every railings project follows the same process:
Site assessment prior to design
Design and specification agreed in advance
Manufacture to defined tolerances
Checks for fit, finish and operation before installation
All finished railings are reviewed and approved by Jim Wallace before installation.
This process reduces the likelihood of issues and avoids unnecessary adjustments later.
Who This Service Is Best Suited For
Our railings are best suited to homeowners who:
- Value solid construction and proper design
Prefer a permanent solution rather than repeated repairs
This service is not aimed at price-led decisions. It's aimed at clients who want the gate designed correctly from the outset and not revisited. Each project is assessed individually to ensure the correct approach.
