Gate Pricing
Our standard gate prices are based on a driveway opening of up to 2.5 metres wide. If your opening is larger, your gate will require additional materials and fabrication, so the price will increase accordingly. We'll always provide an initial estimate to begin with, and if you are happy with that, we will then book in a site visit where we will provide a clear, fixed quotation before any work begins, so you'll know exactly what to expect.

Bespoke Designs
If you're looking for something more individual, we also specialise in completely bespoke gates. Whether you have a design in mind or are looking for inspiration, visit our Gallery to see a selection of the unique gates we have created for customers across the South of England.
As every bespoke gate is individually designed and manufactured, these projects typically require more design and fabrication time and are therefore priced accordingly.
What Happens Next?
Simply get in touch and send us a photo of the opening where your new gates will be installed. We'll review your requirements and provide an initial estimate based on the information you send.
If you're happy with the estimate, we'll arrange a convenient site survey to take accurate measurements and discuss any options. We'll then provide you with a fixed, no-obligation quotation before any work begins.
Built for Balance, Movement and Longevity
Many gate issues come down to poor fundamentals, incorrect weight distribution, inadequate fixings, or designs that look fine on paper but don't work in practice.
Our gates are designed with:
- Correct proportions and weight
- Smooth, predictable movement
- Appropriate hinges and fixings
- Long-term durability in mind
Whether manual or prepared for automation, the aim is a gate that continues to work properly year after year.
A Controlled, Consistent Process
Every gate project follows the same process:
Site assessment prior to design
Design and specification agreed in advance
Manufacture to defined tolerances
Checks for fit, finish and operation before installation
All finished gates are reviewed and approved by Jim Wallace before installation.
This process reduces the likelihood of issues and avoids unnecessary adjustments later.
Who This Service Is Best Suited To
Our gates are best suited to homeowners who:
Want a gate that works reliably every day
Value solid construction and proper design
Prefer a permanent solution rather than repeated repairs
This service is not aimed at price-led decisions. It's aimed at clients who want the gate designed correctly from the outset and not revisited.

Enquiries
If you are interested in a bespoke gate for your home, please get in touch for an informal chat about your requirements.
We're always happy to advise — even if that advice is simply confirming whether a bespoke gate is the right solution for your entrance.
* Most gate problems stem from poor design decisions made early. Our approach is to address those decisions before manufacturing begins.
